Big Biceps in One Simple Exercise

Big Biceps in One Simple Exercise

There is really only one piece of equipment you need to get your biceps fit for bursting. The EZ Curl Bar. This bar is perfect for carrying out the EZ Bar Curl, a staple move for ensuring your biceps get the attention they deserve.

Below is exactly how to carry out the perfect EZ Bar Curl.

  1. Stand up straight and hold the EZ Curl Bar at the widest part of the outer handle. The palms of your hands should face forwards and should be titled inwards to fit the shape of the bar, with your elbows kept in close to your torso.
  2. Keep your upper arms completely stationary, breathe out and then curl the weight forward, contracting your biceps. Your focus should be on moving your forearms measuredly.
  3. Keep raising the weight until your biceps contract fully and the bar reaches shoulder level. At this point hold the top position for a second and squeeze the biceps as hard as you can.
  4. Inhale and lower the bar back to your original position.
  5. Repeat for a set number of reps, from 5 to 10, with a minute’s rest break in between.

Why use the EZ Curl Bar?

Fitness experts recommend the EZ Curl Bar over a regular, straight bar because it keeps both your wrists and elbows in a natural position. It’s also recommended that even if you’re new to exercise you start with the EZ Curl Bar so you can get used to the position your arms will be held in.

The EZ Bar Curl is a highly versatile and hugely effective move which is almost guaranteed to help you achieve the gains you want. Try a range of different reps or work your EZ Bar Curls into your regular routine and you’ll soon have those big biceps.
