Boot camp or circuit training: This type of class focuses both on strength work, and aerobic exercise, so you build on your base strength, tone and condition your body, and raise your heart rate to keep fit. Definition is reached on areas like the abs, bum and tum, with targeted exercises including squats, sit ups and lunges.
Zumba and dance: Aerobically these classes are up there with the best. They help with weight loss, and help to condition key areas such as the core, arms, bum and abs. Often fast paced, you’ll need a certain sense of rhythm to keep up with this one.
Yoga and Pilates: These classes help to lengthen the muscles and improve flexibility, but it’s important to team them with a more aerobic workout plan. A running or swimming session complements perfectly a flexibility workout.
Strength training: Lifting weights is one way to balance out your fat to muscle ratio and really give your body definition. Start slowly with low weights and gradually increase the weight you are lifting to really work the muscles and give your body a sculpted look.
Between these four types of workout, you can pick and choose a perfect workout to suit your lifestyle and achieve that perfect bikini body!
I would also recommend using some fake tan if you're going to look like the picture above. I find using the shower-in one over a few weeks helps to make things look better!
as a bloke if the female body is wearing a bikini, I'm happy to see it! Take a body, add a bikini. Get it fit by all means but don't be afraid whatever it looks like.
