Kettlebell sumo deadlift jump

The Kettlebell sumo deadlift jump (yes, it’s a bit of a mouthful) is perfect for working your whole body to have a massive effect on fat-burning.

All you need is a kettlebell and to be a bit light on your feet.

Begin with the kettlebell on the ground just between your legs which should be around hip width apart. Go to sit down and grab the handle of the kettlebell with both hands. Spread the hips and pull your shoulders down and back.

Then you need to explosively drive through the floor, and jump up and land softly.

Repeat 10 reps in each minute, for 10 minutes.

The explosive power of this exercise means that the hard work you put in will keep paying off as it will boost your metabolism and ensure the fat-burning effects of your exercise keep going long after you’ve finished your workout.
