Strong black ground coffee, enough to brew four cups
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons heavy cream
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1 teaspoon almond extract
Add the cardamom to your ground coffee and then brew the coffee as you would normally.
Pour the coffee into a pitcher or large glass and add the sugar and the almond extract. Stir well.
Fill four glasses with crushed ice and pour the coffee into each glass before topping with a tablespoon of cream.
2 litres soda water
2 tsp agave or sugar
1 small bunch of mint
2 fresh limes, sliced lengthwise
Fill your glass half way with ice and fill with the soda water. Stir in the sugar, or the agave.
Lightly squeeze in the juice of 3-4 limes and stir. Add as many mint leaves as you like to taste, and garish with the mint and lime wedges.
Carton of tomato juice
Sprig of fresh rosemary
Stick of celery
Couple of drops of Worcestershire sauce
Green olives to garnish
In shaker, mix the tomato juice with a splash of Tabasco, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of garlic powder, and a pinch of black pepper. Shake it and pour it over ice. Garnish with a stalk of celery, a piece of rosemary, and some green olives.
Sound delicious. Non alcoholic beer is good too.Not found any decent low or non-alcoholic wine yet, it all tastes like grape juice to me. Recommendations anyone? :)
