As the article says, these are claims. Don't knock yourself out drinking it if you don't like it. At that price it should be enjoyable! ginger and honey is tasty though, and I think ginger also has a lot of good stuff in it.
I have finally tried it and I have to say that it tastes not that good, but if you add honey and leave it to cool down it's nicer. Worth it for the benefits though.
not sure if the metabolism boost is anything more than what will neutralise the honey in the recipe, but it is an unusual taste. Makes a nice change.
I am looking for something to make me glow so maybe this is it. I can also recommend wheatgrass powder.

Getting used to the taste of pure matcha can be tricky to begin with and I can't say I look forward to my morning cup. Will definitely give your recipe a shot to see if it gives it a better, sweeter taste.
