Ready to try the tea? Here's a gorgeous Matcha ginger tea recipe:

A splash of ginger will spice up the cuppa. You will need:

  • One Inch ginger root.
  • A single serving of Matcha powder.
  • Honey (optional).

Using a knife, carefully cut the ginger root width-wise into between five and ten slices. Thin slices will allow more of the flavour to penetrate the tea.

Boil the ginger combination for approximately ten minutes. The longer you boil the drink, the more of the ginger will penetrate.

Once it’s cooled for 10 min, add 1tsp Matcha Tea Powder and, if you would like to add a bit of sweetness, a spoonful of honey.

Drink ½ before your workout to boost fat-loss and promote a feeling of focus and energy. Drink ½ post-workout so that fat-loss continues and to feel full.
