I have to say coconut oil is amazing and everyone should have a jar in the cupboard. So even if you don't need to lose weight, use it anyway.
Luckily I like all of the above, but I rarely eat asparagus. I didn't know it could help you detox and boost metabolism. I shall be buying some!
