Looking to shift fat but not so keen on dieting? We hear you. And while ‘fat-burning’ food sounds too good to be true, there’s certainly a few diet tricks that – along with an effective Hussle routine – can help your body put on its best fat-melting performance!

Food helps you torch fat in several ways. From revving your metabolism to helping you feel fuller for longer. All you need do to reap the benefits is eat them regularly.  

CAYENNE PEPPER

Who likes curries? Great if you do. Capsaicin – the spicy compound in cayenne peppers – raises your body temperature and speeds up your metabolism. And cayenne peppers contain a lot! Which is why it’s a popular ingredient in fat-burning supplements.

CINNAMON

Scientifically proven! Cinnamon contains an essential oil that activates thermogenesis (when the body warms up, boosting metabolism).  Even better, it’s packed with antioxidants. And the great taste means you can add it to lots of foods – smoothies, curries, cakes – even coffee!

EGGS
