1 ripe avocado

3 large tbsp Greek yoghurt

2-3 tsp raw cocoa powder or dark cocoa powder (green and blacks is a good pick)

1 tbsp maple syrup or natural honey

1 tbsp cashew nuts (soaked in warm water for 30 minutes or more)

1 pinch of salt

1 heaped tbsp Bio-Synergy chocolate whey protein



Step 1: Place the avocado in a blender with the soaked cashew nuts and blend until smooth

Step 2: Add the yoghurt natural sweetener and pinch of salt then continue to blend

Step 3: Spoon in cocoa powder and protein then blend again till the mixture is thick and chocolatey

Step 4: Spoon the mixture into a bowl or smaller pots and allow to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours

Step 5: If you fancy it, sprinkle some 70% grated chocolate, some cocoa nibs, chopped hazelnuts or almonds on top
