A platform that brings lots of fitness facilities together and connects them with people who are looking for extra flexibility and access to multiple fitness clubs across the UK to fit their lifestyle.
You can activate your 100% discount at https://www.hussle.com/iwg Search for gyms near your location. Select a gym that you believe you will visit the most often. Add the Monthly+ Pass to the basket. Verify and confirm eligibility using your IWG customer ID. Enter payment details (the checkout system requires an active card check). Set up a Hussle account and fill in all the necessary details. If you have an account, simply log in and head straight to checkout. Complete a quick health declaration and finalise the sign-up. An 8-digit code will be issued, which you will need to show each time you visit the gym. You’ll receive an order confirmation email at the address you used to set up your Hussle account. The email will provide further details, including the renewal date, renewal amount, customer service email address, and more. Download the app for a smoother experience.
The Monthly+ is a rolling monthly pass that gives you unlimited access to your chosen club and any other gyms listed on our site that offer the Monthly+ Pass at the same price or less. For example, if you choose a gym that costs £50 per month, you will have access to that gym as well as other gyms on Hussle that cost up to £50. No sign-up fees, no inductions - just one simple price. Enjoy the gym, swim, or spa at a venue near you.
The Monthly+ Pass includes a small premium on top of the gym’s own in-house price when purchased at full RRP. We typically price it against their rolling or 12-month membership rates, but some gyms may have different pricing based on 6 or 12-month contract commitments. The best part? You get access to multiple gyms, not just one, and the freedom to start or stop whenever you like. More choice, more flexibility, more value. And if you're an IWG Member, you'll get all of this completely free with your 100% discount! It's also worth noting that the gym may hold their own promotions from time to time but our rate is based on their standard rolling rate. Once you've purchased a Monthly+ Pass, you can see which gyms you have access to by going to the “My Passes” section in your account and clicking on the "Access to" or “See gyms included” tab. This view updates automatically based on pricing. Since gym prices can change throughout the year, we recommend checking this section from time to time to see the most up-to-date list.
Each gym's profile includes facility icons to show what’s available: a dumbbell for gym access, a swimmer for pool access, and a class icon for group sessions. If classes are included, check the “Please Note” section for any booking instructions or special requirements.
It depends on the gym. A number of our gyms do include classes, and you will normally find information on how to attend via the gym's profile page. The difference between attending a class via Hussle or as a member of the gym is that the gym member can use the gym’s pre-booking system. At the moment, we don't have class booking system integrations to allow for pre-booking. If you have any questions about class access that you cannot find on the gym's page, please email our Customer Support team at info@hussle.com.
You can enjoy access to 24/7 gyms during manned hours, which can be found on the gym's profile page. This access is facilitated by a staff member at the gym, who is responsible for redeeming your 8-digit code.
No, the Monthly+ Pass gives you access to participating venues, but it doesn’t make you a direct member of any single gym. To be considered a direct member, you’d usually need to sign up through the gym itself and pay them via direct debit. While Hussle members may not receive all the perks of a direct membership (this depends on each gym), you won’t have to pay joining fees or commit to long-term contracts. Plus, unlike a direct membership with one gym, the Hussle pass lets you visit multiple venues—giving you more flexibility and variety.
Yes, we do. The app is handy for quickly viewing your 8-digit passcode when visiting the gym or checking which gyms are included in your pass. However, for everything else, we recommend using your account on the Hussle website https://www.hussle.com/login.
If a gym is no longer available on Hussle, please email us at info@hussle.com, and we’ll look into it for you. We rely on gyms to inform us of any changes on their side, like closures, management changes, or new operational restrictions. Since your pass gives you access to multiple gyms nationwide, it won’t be automatically cancelled if one gym becomes unavailable. Likewise, if we add new gyms that fall within your pass price range, you’ll get access to them at no extra cost. If the gym that’s no longer on Hussle was your main one, you have options: you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your pass - whatever works best for you.
You can cancel your Monthly Pass within 14 days of purchase or at the end of the billing cycle if you prefer. Here are a few options for you to consider: Log into your Hussle account and navigate to Menu > Settings > Manage My Pass > Cancel Contact our Customer Service team at info@hussle.com (include your passcode)
We know that your situation might change, and that you might want access to more gyms. We’re always working to make our Monthly+ Pass even more flexible to suit your gym habits. To request a downgrade or upgrade, simply click the “Change My Pass” button located in the “Settings” section of your account. A member of our support team will reach out to assist you in getting the right pass.
Your pass will renew automatically on the same day each month. You can check your renewal date at any time in your order confirmation email, or on the “My Passes” section of your account. If you have any questions, please email info@hussle.com.
Due to health and safety, the gym may ask you for ID when you arrive. This is just to double check that your name matches the name that the pass was purchased under. All Hussle users are required to fill in a health questionnaire online as part of the checkout process - and so it's really important that you, and only you use your pass. Acceptable forms of ID include: Passport Driving Licence Debit/credit card
All passes must be used by the person that the pass is registered to - this is because everyone must fill in a personal health questionnaire before purchase, and it’s important this information is accurate for your safety and well-being.
At the moment, the IWG offer does not include a discount for friends or family members.
You will not be able to use the IWG offer for Hussle Monthly+ passes once you cease to be an IWG customer. However, you will be able to purchase Hussle's products and services directly should you choose to do so.

Terms and Conditions
- 1. This promotion applies to eligible IWG customers only.
- 2. The discount will be applied at checkout following validation of your IWG customer number.
- 3. This promotion is not for use in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- 4. This offer is valid for 100% off a Monthly+ Pass.
- 5. This offer cannot be transferred to other users.
- 6. You must be aged 16 or over to open a Hussle account.
- 7. Users may not register multiple accounts to take advantage of this offer multiple times.
- 8. The IWG customer number code will not be accepted by participating gyms directly and can only be redeemed against the purchase of a Hussle pass on the Hussle website and has no equivalent cash value.
- 9. Some gyms are excluded from this promotion. To check the exclusions, send an email to info@hussle.com or you can find them on the listing page once you press the 'redeem now' button.
- 10. Please remember to take photographic ID with you when you visit the gym to gain access.
- 11. Hussle reserves the right to suspend or discontinue this promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
- 12. Once added to an account, the voucher will be valid to purchase a pass for 30 days.

- 14. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and Promotion shall only apply to: (a) new customers who have signed an office service agreement at centers in the UK except Jersey, Northern Ireland and franchisee operated venues, for a minimum term of 6 months and paid their initial invoice; and (b) existing office customers at centers in the UK except Jersey, Northern Ireland and franchisee operated venues renewing for a term of 6 months or more. Existing office customers are not eligible for the Promotion if they are in arrears under another contract with IWG. (both the 'Eligible Customers')
- 15. The Promotion entitles Eligible Customers to Hussle membership for each office occupant and each office occupant will be entitled to a free monthly pass (the 'Promotion') For example, if the office has a maximum occupancy of 10 people, Hussle membership will be offered to up to 10 different people and each person will be entitled to a free monthly pass.
- 16. This Promotion shall be valid from 3 October 2022 and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- 17. Any Eligible Customer who shall avail itself of this Promotion shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. IWG reserves the right to amend or terminate these conditions at any time without prior notice.
- 18. Eligible Customers can avail of this Promotion in the first week of the month immediately following the signing of an office service agreement with IWG. Eligible Customers will need a unique Regus customer account number to be entered on the Hussle co-branded website page in order to activate the offer for the Monthly pass. Eligible Customers will be required to register as a Hussle member which may include but not be limited to completing a basic health declaration. Once the sign up process has been completed the Eligible Customer will be permitted to activate the offer for the Monthly pass for the duration of the Promotion.
- 19. IWG does not warrant that the Promotion is suitable for all Eligible Customers and recommends Eligible Customers should consult a doctor before starting any exercise. IWG shall not be liable for any injuries, damages or losses and accept no responsibility for anything that takes place when using the Hussle passes.
- 20. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash.
- 21. Details of products and services are correct at the time of publication.
- 22. Under data protection legislation of various countries, IWG are required to draw your attention to the fact that by participating in this Promotion and in order to make it possible for IWG to perform its obligations under the Promotion, you accept and explicitly authorise IWG, its subsidiaries and appointed third party agents, to hold your personal information which is supplied by you during the course of the Promotion.
