it was a little diffenrent than the usual but i really like this gym. i mostly do curcuit training and i had a good space upstairs for that, and its clean

Small clean airy gym. V few parking spaces. Quiet-I had cardio area to myself. Basic Equipment. Delighted when friendly receptionist pointed out the small clean steam room+sauna & turned them on especially for me (30mins til steamy) (not listed under 'facilities-I'd not seen them in 'description').
