In fact there are some 12,000 square feet of fitness space, making it one of the largest fitness facilities in the area. If you’re wanting to improve your aerobic fitness, then running machines, cycling machines, cross trainers and much more will all help you reach your goals. It’s not just hard work, sweat and toil at Panthers, but you also have the opportunity to unwind with a spacious sauna, pampering treatments from its in-house beautician, and state-of-the art sunbeds. Panthers can help you to lose weight, help you to get fit, and of course, help you to unwind thanks to its range of equipment. The friendly and motivational staff will also help to keep you on track with diet and nutritional training also available. Everyone is welcome at the centre, whether beginner or advanced members, from young to old. Voted the Best Gym in Middlesex, one customer also says it’s the best bodybuilding gym in North West London. There is a cafe on-site and you can also buy protein drinks, supplements and clothing from the shop. As an Education Centre of Excellence for the UKBFF and IFBB, bodybuilding champions visit the gym regularly. How to find us: Just south of Uxbridge, the nearest station is West Drayton (National Rail) and a free car park runs under as well as to the rear of the gym. After 5pm parking at the front of the gym is available and also free. The 222 bus drops you at the Paddington Packet Boat Pub and Panthers Gym is just around the corner.
