In fact there are some 12,000 square feet of fitness space, making it one of the largest fitness facilities in the area. If you’re wanting to improve your aerobic fitness, then running machines, cycling machines, cross trainers and much more will all help you reach your goals.
It’s not just hard work, sweat and toil at Panthers, but you also have the opportunity to unwind with a spacious sauna, pampering treatments from its in-house beautician, and state-of-the art sunbeds.
Panthers can help you to lose weight, help you to get fit, and of course, help you to unwind thanks to its range of equipment. The friendly and motivational staff will also help to keep you on track with diet and nutritional training also available. Everyone is welcome at the centre, whether beginner or advanced members, from young to old.

There is a cafe on-site and you can also buy protein drinks, supplements and clothing from the shop. As an Education Centre of Excellence for the UKBFF and IFBB, bodybuilding champions visit the gym regularly.
How to find us:
Just south of Uxbridge, the nearest station is West Drayton (National Rail) and a free car park runs under as well as to the rear of the gym. After 5pm parking at the front of the gym is available and also free. The 222 bus drops you at the Paddington Packet Boat Pub and Panthers Gym is just around the corner.

So far I have never been able to use facilities in the locker room. I am hoping one day to experience the sauna and be able to have a shower. They are always broken and unclean.

Changing rooms are being refurbed. Already has much better lighting compared to the dark green colour it used to be.

Parking here is now harder as there are barriers in underground carpark. Best time to go is between 10am and 2pm. Prime times are impossible to park during weekdays. I love coming here as no one disturbs me and I can get on with my session.

I struggle to train in this hot weather as no air con. But they have a new machine in weights area. All bars are bent but I still enjoy this gym. Just outdated!

I discovered a beautiful canal walk right next to the gym. Perfect for a pre / post workout session. I'd love if the venue had nicer pull-up bars as the current ones rotate when used and other ones have an uncomfortable grip. Lots of bars with loading weights & spacious training areas.

New updates at venue since my last visit. Loving the latest grafitti art. 1pm is the ideal time to go to avoid the rush.
