The dumbbells at Ultra Flex range from 2kg-100kg and there are plenty of benches available so you don’t have to wait around to complete your session.

To ensure you’re well-looked after, the gym also offers physiotherapy services with Regen Physio. To top it off, the gym also has a barber studio and sunbed on site.
