About this gym

The pass includes access to one class but this is subject to availability, and we advise contacting the venue to book a slot Whether you are new to exercise or a regular gym-goer, visit Supersonic Fitness and reach your goals! The gym has a dedicated functional zone and stretching area offering members a spacious area to workout and get fit. On the first floor you’ll find our state-of-the-art gym with its wide range of cardiovascular equipment, resistance equipment and free weights. The venue has two fitness studios, one which focuses on high-intensity classes such as Spin, Boxing, and our bespoke Super60 HIIT class, whilst the other is a more relaxing space for yoga, Pilates and Barre. To aid recovery after a workout, the venue offers return-to-fitness support alongside their state-of-the-art recovery zone with infrared sauna and ice recovery. Both studios are designed to create the optimum environment for working out and are located alongside our spa-standard changing facilities. As there is no parking at Supersonic we partner with Q-Park Shambles located just across the road to provide our guests with 20% off parking.
