another great work out here at Life@Whitehouse....staff always ready with a friendly smile to redeem your pass on arrival and I came away feeling like I'd had another good work out.

Friendly staff and a good range of fixed and free weights, including CV kit for your warm up/cool down. I also like the high ceiling period features of the gym space - feel like I'm in some old school gym hall....no barbells but enough dumbbells, pulley machines, etc. to for a good work out.

Very pleased with my first lunchtime gym session today. Staff friendly, pad-lock provided, Enough kit for good work out - Concept 2 rowing machine, plenty of dumbbells and various machines. Spacious with plenty of natural light. Changing room a bit tired looking, dirty floor tiles and puddles.

Only used spa & pool not gym & it was a good deal with PayasUGym but I wouldn't recommend the place. A few patches of paint & plaster coming off the walls so it didn't feel very hygienic, steam room door wouldn't stay shut, no space to sit, no seats/loungers, baby swim classes for our wh
