About this gym

At Worle, they aim to improve health and well-being in a supportive friendly environment. The space is fairly new so you can expect modern fresh facilities which are sure to motivate you to return time after time. The gym is kitted out with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. The area is fitted with enough machines for users to get their workout in without having to wait around for a machine to be free or an area to be available. Theyoffer classes on functionality such as chair fitness for those with limited abilities. Equipment includes a range of cardio, resistance and weights machines. As well as free weights and a functional training kit. They also have punch bags and Connexus multi-use corners. For an extra charge, there are various spaces to be rented including, badminton courts, a football pitch, indoor studio for group sports. Lockers are operated by £1 or a token available from the gym. Easily accessible from Worle train station. There is also free parking at the gym for those who will be driving. On New Bristol Road, heading from the M5 exit past Sainsbury's, they are situated next to the Worle Secondary School on the right-hand side of the road just after a speed camera and set of pedestrian traffic lights. The car park is now operated by an external company to register vehicles on entry (unable to assist in a parking fine if issued).
