About this gym
Workoutz Health & Fitness is equipped with leading industry cardio and resistance equipment, you can be assured that they have everything covered and you will not be disappointed. You'll find a wide range of professional equipment that you will find in the major fitness club chains, with the added personal, friendly feel that you find in your smaller, local club.There is a separate cardio and gym area upstairs to be used by ladies only and this also contains cardio equipment along with resistance machines.
A range of fitness classes are available such as Zumba, Combat, Fat Burning, Abs Blast, Stretch and more. There are a number of of classes that are available to men and women.
There's a stylish cosy area where you can sit and relax, meet friends over a coffee, or have a chat with other members of the club.

Fab workout. Staff are ready friendly and encourage you to get the most from your workout. The staff are always on hand if you need any help, but are not pushy. They are really approachable. Lovely clean and bright environment.
