Gym Update - Our gym is now operating without booking required, so you are able to come down with your Hussle pass to access the facility. - We do still have slightly reduced operating capacities in place to help ensure social distancing so you may wish to call ahead on 01225 762711 to check the best times during the day to attend. - Please download the NHS COVID-19 app to allow for a smooth check-in for Test and Trace purposes - Changing rooms and showers are now available prior, or after, your session. - Please clean the equipment before and after use with the provided solutions - Please maintain social distancing throughout the centre ABOUT THE VENUE Welcome to Castle Place Leisure Centre! Enabling people to lead happier, healthier lives through regular physical activity. The club's aim is to promote general wellbeing, by providing a safe and supportive environment for the whole community to feel welcome and encouraged to visit the center. Being regularly active has many health benefits and can help to prevent issues such as diabetes and coronary heart disease, as well as having mental health benefits and being associated with the feel-good factor. This venue has the right equipment and the perfect staff to help you get more active. Castle Place Leisure Centre has a great fitness suite with some fantastic equipment, a purpose-built free weights area, additional equipment in the cardiovascular areas, strength equipment, and stretching space. The fitness suite will definitely help you reach your health and fitness goals whether you are a complete beginner or a regular gym user. They have instructors on-site to help with your workouts if you need them.
