About this gym

We are a Gym with open minds. All bodies are welcome here, regardless your sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, race, nationality, religion, class, size, age and abilities. ​ We are a place of togetherness. We are a Gym where the message “you belong here” is driven home. ​ We are here to help you start your own journey to get fit and healthy, whatever your fitness level or shape, young or prime time. Because we are all different. ​ We are more than just a Gym: we are a family. Because training is not just about your look; it is about how you feel. The better you feel, the better you look. ​ We are proud to provide our local community with a Gym for the whole family, from 12 years old, with facilities and equipment that you would expect from a national chain. And all at affordable prices. ​ We are BASE BODY FITNESS. We are the cheapest gym in Staffordshire with the biggest cardio area. We have two separated hall: a cardio hall with all the essential machines along with a strength hall with resistance machines and free weights, including equipment such as dumbbells up to 70kgs, plates and barbells. A separated gym located on the first floor, a separate area just for seniors (over 55's) and ladies with equipment designated for optimal upper and lower body strengthening plus total body conditioning and toning. We also have infrared sauna, available at an extra cost of £3, plus sunbeds from 44p per minute. Your kids can wait in the Lounge area while you do your workout. The Gym is located within Park Hall Business Village: through gates, first turn to your right and we are on the left hand side. The nearest buses to the Club are numbers 12, 26 and 26A
