Please note:
The Swimming Pool will be in use by members and their children each Saturday morning before Midday. Aquarobics classes run in the Pool each Wednesday morning between 1045-1145.Last entry 1 hour before closing time, pool and gym areas will close 30 minutes before closing time.
Kingfisher Health Club has a contemporary atmosphere that has been created amongst the historic cast iron columns and arched ceilings.
Available at the gym is a full range of state-of-the-art gym equipment including; cardio, free weights and resistance machines. A Star Track Functional Training Area. Powerplate vibration training and massage. There are always instructors on the Gym floor to offer advice, motivation, show you a new exercise or just have a chat.
There is also a 16 metre indoor pool with a luxurious spa pool and a sauna and steam room.
Located in the award winning Grade 2 listed Houldsworth Mill in Reddish, the club is a stones throw away from Houldsworth Park and a mere 6 minute walk from Reddish South railway station.

Quiet at the moment due to CV19 but open and being kept very clean. Easy to use pass and large gym with plenty of cardio and free weights.

Excellent range of equipment in different spaces. Easy to redeem pass and lockers on key pads. Small sauna and jacuzzi, but all clean.
