It's ok, but could improve and refresh the place a little bit. Nothing better in Stamford unfortunately.

Gym is good equipped but nothing was upgraded or improved for at least a decade. It used to be only single gym in Stamford but there are 4 now so there is more to choose from. Bannetines in Peterborough costs the same and its a lot better

It used to be only single gym in Stamford but there are 4 now so there is more to choose from. Its still better place then the others but I wished they spent some money and improve the facilities. You get a lot more for the same money in Peterborough

Fantastic facilities, loads of choice and kit. Not too busy and staff very welcoming and professional. Loads of parking. I will return as its a great set up.
