Inside there is a fantastic range of equipment including an array of resistance machines, free weights and cardio machines. This includes treadmills, cycles, steppers, cross-trainers, rowing machines and a hand bike.
Should you have any questions regarding any of the equipment or your workout, do not hesitate to ask the staff for help. They are trained professionals, incredibly friendly and more than happy to help you in anyway they can.
The gym is located in the picturesque setting of Barnstable which overlooks Rutland Water Reservoir.

I have no idea how this has been reviewed positively. Gym small and dark with old equipment - rowing machines knackered. 2 out of 3 showers in the pool changing room were cold - been that way since start of the year according to members. ‘Hot’ tub is a misnomer. A shambles for a high qua

Excellent. Small gym but no Muscle men to put you to shame . Up to date machines. Pool/sauna etc is excellent. Good facilities.

Beautifully clean. Pool and pool area attractive and clean. Staff very welcoming. Brasserie staff very efficient. A very pleasant visit. Would recommend.

Gym is small but on quiet periods no problem. Lovely pool area. Drawback is the gym changing room is very small. No toilet facilities and one small shower. Need to use the pool changing area for better facilities as these are really good.
