About this gym
Please note:
On your first visit to an Everyone Active Club you will be required to register for an Everyone Active Card, agree to the Health Commitment Statement and watch a 15 minute Online Induction. Without doing so you will be unable to gain access to the gym.Everyone Active Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre is an all-encompassing sports centre and gym in St Albans.
This gym prides itself on being malleable and adaptable to all kinds of workouts for every member, no matter their levels of fitness. They also promote being a community cornerstone and helping people come together and lead healthier happier lives.
Everyone Active St Albans is home to a 200-station gym floor fully equipped with state of the art machinery such as a wide range of cardiovascular equipment, a vast array of free weights and resistance machines to target every muscle group. It also comes with two pools that host lessons as well as being available for person lane swimming.
Moreover, the gym boasts a multitude of group fitness classes, an indoor climbing wall, a yoga studio, a crèche and a luxurious spa when you deserve to finally treat yourself - ask more about these from the staff directly as these may be at an extra cost for Hussle pass holders.
Everyone Active St Albans is situated on the opposite side of the road from St Albans Abbey train station on Westminster Lodge. This central location allows it to be easy to find and commute to for many living and working in and around the London area whilst also supplying a psychological release of a little bit of greenery from Verulamium Park.

Good gym and has been fairly quiet on each visit. Lots of equipment and a wide range of ab machines which I havent seen in other gyms. Great views over Verulamium Park from the cardio machines. Would reccomend.
