I used the secondary downstairs area for my entire workout today for the first time. It has kettlebells, mats, TRX, power rack, dip bars, rope, rings, everything needed for a CrossFit WOD. Outstanding.
The gym clearly invests in their equipment and keep it well maintained. In this month alone I’ve seen a new cable machine and the flat bench being done up. Outstanding.
The gym replaced its cable machine with a newer model which is a lot smoother than. Plenty of handle attachments too. With a safety bar squat bar, nautilus leg press, power rack and accessories such as a landmine attachment and trap bar, this gym has everything needed for a complete routine.
Old fashioned university gym - good range of equipment.
I’ve been training a little later than usual (usually it’s early morning) but I still have had no issue getting on any equipment. I’m yet to have a workout where I’ve had to improvise because I can’t use what I want to.
Really happy to have got another pass for this gym. I’ve failed to have anything but a great workout. Great changing facilities.

Nautilus equipment, safety bar squat bar, boxes, TRX, there’s plenty of equipment to have varied workouts. Highly recommended.
I’m seriously enjoying my time at this gym. So much so I’m considering taking a full time membership.
