This gym has many amenities that can help you on your path to success, with a host of cardio machines such as treadmills, rowers, spin bikes and cross trainers. Ultimately these set of tools will help you get in shape and improve your fitness. However, if you’re into building your strength then make the most of the barbells and dumbells available to you. With dumbbells ranging from 1kg-50kg you’re able to build that muscle and really grow using Canalside Fitness.
