About this gym

Access wristbands are available for a £5 deposit, this is returned at the end of the visit.
Ponds Forge International Sports Centre is located in the heart of Sheffield city centre in S1 and certainly is one of the best gyms in Sheffield!
Their award winning gym houses excellent equipment including 175 pieces of Technogym equipment! The club has a separate free weights section with dumbbells up to 50kg as well as an incredibly impressive functional training zone with battle ropes, Bulgarian bags, medicine balls and octagon.
Your pass also gives you access to two of their fantastic swimming pools, one of which is Olympic sized! Be sure to relax and unwind in their sauna and steam room after a hard workout in the gym or a leisurely swim in their pool! Whether you want to swim lengths or simply relax, make sure you bring your swimming costume and enjoy the pool!

The gym was great the equipment was second to non, however getting into the place and actually knowing where you was going is another thing, the staff wasn’t really helpful in directing us where to go, also we expected the steam room not to be separate sex.

Ponds forge its well-known and its the largest sport centre in sheffield it was quick to sign up my hussle membership and the lady was so helpful she set me up for quick signup and it has all sort of equipments and activities i will attend more often for spa and gym
