**BXFGYM** is an inclusive, spacious, and luxurious environment; with three class zones, three varieties of classes per zone, an amazing resistance zone, with amazing equipment, the best of trainers, and the best of staff to help you along your fitness journey!
If you’ve never trained before, their staff will be there for you. The club has experienced staff and Elite Personal Trainers at hand to point you in the right direction. The team is there to guide you through your fitness journey; should you need them. Experienced lifter? You’ll have all the equipment you’ll ever need and more.
With incredible training zones, over 100 pieces of equipment, reward system focused classes, a spacious environment, and bringing it all together with luxurious changing rooms and space for you to relax in the refueling area.
So if it’s your 1st time or 1000th time, weight training or classes, experienced or completely new, this club has you covered.
**Class Zones**
Whether you have a specific goal in mind or just want to take part in our community-driven activities, their tried and tested classes are for you.
classes are split into three separate zones: The Platform, The Field, and The Ring. Three classes per zone. Whatever you want, whether you want to build strength, improve tone, or increase endurance, their classes are built for you.
**The Ring**
Want to break the fitness ‘norm’, or just love BOXFIT? If so, THE RING, is the zone for you! Utilising punching bags and boxing-inspired exercises, they’ll push you harder than ever before; increasing your strength, endurance, and coordination. So put on those gloves, get in THE RING, and get ready to fight your way to fitness!
**The Platform**
Do you love resistance workouts? Or always wanted to give one a go? Then step up to THE PLATFORM. Based on their all-new Resistance Platforms, you’ll be working those muscles harder than ever before
**The Field**
Looking to build overall fitness, burn calories, or just love HIIT training? Look no further than THE FIELD! THE FIELD is where you will find their High-Intensity Zone, a zone tailored towards burning calories and increasing fitness! Set on their American Football pitch, you’ll be put through your paces and pushed to your limits.
**The RESISTANCE ZONE**
If you love Resistance training, you’re going to love their RESISTANCE ZONE. At BXFGYM they have some of the best equipment from around the world! They have four state of the art platforms, ten benches, dumbbells ranging from 2kg to 60kg, and over 75 pieces of machine and plate loaded equipment; all spaciously positioned, tied together with full-length mirrors throughout and luxurious decor.
If lifting weights, getting strong, and becoming the best version of yourself sounds like your kind of thing, you’ll really find no place better to do it than in the RESISTANCE ZONE!
**Free Weights**
Their RESISTANCE ZONE is home to dumbells ranging from 2-60kg, Barbells, Half Rigs, Benches and much more. So whatever your workout calls for, they have it!
**Platforms**
With an entire section dedicated to their amazing platforms and half rigs, whether it's Squat or Deadlift, you'll have the space and equipment to get the job done!
