What to Know: Mats Included: No need to travel with your gear! They provide complimentary, high-quality Yoga Matters cork mats and premium props to support your personal practice. Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class so you have time to get settled and we can start right on time. What to Bring: Just yourself, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. They have secure storage on-site for your belongings. Facilities: The studio is located inside The Eden Building. Anyone wishing to get changed can use the large, well-presented WC facilities located in the main building lobby. How to get there: Yoga Republic Salford is located on the mezzanine floor of The Eden Building, a large office block in the New Bailey neighbourhood of the city centre. The address is: Eden, Irwell Street, Manchester, M3 5EN The building is easy to identify as it's wrapped in a 'living wall' of plants and perennials. On arrival let the reception team know you are there for a yoga class and they will direct you to the studio. There are several bike stands outside the entrance, and there are two multi-story car parks directly adjacent to the building. PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 5-MINUTES BEFORE CLASS AS THEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ADMIT LATE ARRIVALS.
