The sports centre has a spacious gym, which is equipped with the latest training kit.
Whether you're a dedicated gym guru or just starting our your fitness journey, you'll be sure to find exercising kit here that works for you.
Their cardiovascular training machines include state of the art treadmills, exercising bikes, rowing machines and the step mill, which not only gives you a great cardio workout, but also targets your calves, glutes, hamstring and quads.
In the resistance training kit, you'll find a variety of equipment to tone and strengthen different muscles. Such as the lat pull down, chest press and leg curl.
The free weights area at TR Sports has dumbells, fixed weight and plate loaded barbells and many more other pieces of weight training aids.
They also have punching bags and other boxing kit, make sure to ask the staff about how to best incorporate this into your usual workout routine.

This was just a quick visit, but enjoyed it as always. The gym was quiet, so no problem getting on one of the two functioning treadmills. Staff friendly as always
