Nice clean friendly gym which caters for most people. Good range of equipment.

Good clean gym with decent amount of kit. Cardio equipment downstairs with free weights and weight machines up stairs. 2 power racks, a smith machine and cable crossover, also Db's up to 50kg. Small but clean and adequate changing facilities with showers and lockers. Not too busy.
