You will also find a strength and conditioning zone which a generous selection of dumbbells, bars, racks, and adjustable benches perfect for a variety of different exercises from bench press to dumbbell rows. Classes are organised here too, these are included in your pass price however advance booking is required by calling the venue directly.
After your workout, why not take a little time to relax and regenerate your energy by taking advantage of the of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
Staff at Livingwell Newbury have great knowledge of the fitness and nutrition industry and you can be sure whatever your query maybe, staff will be able to advise and assist you to ensure you reach your fitness goals and beyond!
Changing rooms are available with lockers and showers on site and towels are provided.
Situated just off Junction 13 of the M4 (15-minutes), users can also benefit from up to 3 hours of free parking whilst using the gym facilities.

Parking included, friendly staff and a nice range of equipment in the small, but clean gym. The swimming pool is immaculate too.

Really nice pool. Only problem was that the pool was split in half for an individual lesson.
12 of us were trying to share ghe other half.

For the price, it’s good value. Just some fine-tuning would help - like making the shower next to the sauna/steam room go really cold; giving jacuzzi users control on restarting bubbles (other facilities do).
