About this gym

The facility will operate a one-way flow system, which will need to be followed by all customers who visit the building.
Hand sanitiser and cleaning materials will be located throughout the facility for customers to use during their visit.
Redgrave Sports Centre is a state of the art fitness club equipped with the best equipment provided by Technogym. There is a full range of free weights, TRX suspension training as well as strength equipment from Technogyms pioneering Kinesis range which is regarded by many as the most advanced in the industry, and with the signature Kinesis 1, the range of functions and exercises is endless! The cardio section is fully integrated with an entertainment system including ipod docks and large touch screen controls to keep you busy while you burn calories.
The centre is managed by highly qualified and experienced staff to provide help and advice to any customers who require it.
As Redgrave Sports Centre is part of Great Marlow School, they do not open to the public during term time between the hours of 09:00am and 17:30pm.
