We went at 6 in the morning and it wasn't too busy so it was easy to use the equipment that we wanted to..

The staff were friendly and there was a lot of equipment available with an excellent variety. The only thing I would say, if that it was a little confusing finding the entrance to the gym, so it might be beneficial to have more signs in the car park.
