At Twisted Yoga we believe in bringing the benefits of yoga to all, no matter what their experience. Our lessons are not only about sculpting and toning your body, they are also about building confidence and strength, while encouraging personal development. That’s the beauty of yoga. Yoga rejects no one, it accepts everyone. It encourages you to be yourself, embrace your natural gifts and find discipline in the areas that you may be lacking and learn to accept and love your true self.
With over 25 yoga classes being held here each week, we offer something for everyone, including a donation and community based class, gentle candlelit and sunset classes and classes dedicated to our Beginners. Regular group classes are held in our beautiful studio in New Barnet, in a room that holds up to 28 students. Although we offer hot yoga classes we also have coller classes for those less keen on the heat. We move students through vinyas (flowing) sequences, incorporating strengthening, stretching and toning postures.
All our instructors bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classes they lead, each with their own unique style coming through in their lessons, whilst ensuring that each student feels comfortable and tended to on an individual basis. Playfulness and lightheartedness is high on the teaching agenda in all our classes.
At Twisted Yoga we encourage everyone to come to our classes no matter how stiff or supple. We want you to dedicate a small slice of your hectic schedule to focus 100% on yourself (for a change).
