Think Urban Fitness offer fun, effective and inspirational bootcamps, run by fully qualified and motivational TUF trainers. Bootcamps run throughout the week and the workouts are varied, suitable for all abilities and include; boxing, circuits, speed sessions, core-flexibility, resistance movement and raw workouts, as well simple own-body weight sessions. Using your own body to train is easy, effective and delivers great results, and can be done anytime, anywhere!

Whatever your fitness levels you will be pushed safely to your limits and get the best out of you. All the instructors have a positive approach to training and their innovative workouts for outdoor fitness will leave you feeling amazing every time. The relentless enthusiasm, high energy and encouragement is infectious and will give you all the fire and grit you need to get the results you want.

How to find us:
Meeting point is at Holy Trinity Church at the corner entrance of the park. Clapham Common tube station (Northern line) is just 5 minutes away and Clapham High Street Station (Overground, Southeastern) also nearby. If you are travelling by bus the 137 (Streatham Hill Telford Avenue - Oxford Circus) and 249 (Jasmine Grove - Clapham Common Old Town) stop at Clapham Common North Side so you'll get to the meeting point within a few minutes.
