PLEASE NOTE: Ladies only Mondays and Thursdays 10.00 - 11.00amThe Fitness Pod @ Middlesex University is a fantastic gym catering for students and the public alike. Recently refurbished, the gym has state of the art equipment at an affordable price.
The gym has a range of cardiovascular equipment including revolutionary watt bikes, designed to track your ride and give live feedback during your workout. Alongside the cardio equipment there are also free weights (dumbbells, benches, barbells, olympic plates) and a central area for functional training. The gym has a custom built rig with TRX, dip station and further equipment including medicine balls and powerbags.
There are also changing facilities on site including showers and lockers.
Directions: The Fitness Pod is situated on the ground floor of MDX House at the University.

Friendly helpful staff. Brand new equipment, plenty of free waits and benches as well as cardio machines. 5 large racks so no waiting around. I went on a Saturday so it was pretty quiet
