The studio provides an extensive range of classes, including Strength & Conditioning, MetCon, Kickboxing, Calisthenics, and Post-Natal training, as well as Kids’ MMA sessions designed to build confidence and fitness from an early age. For those looking for a more tailored approach, the Premium Coaching Programme offers Small Group Personal Training with a maximum of eight participants.
