About this gym

About the club The gym is kitted out with state-of-the-art Technogym and functional training equipment. Using their Wellness system, you are able to monitor your progress in and out of the gym, as well as help tailor your fitness program to suit you. The club has a whole range of equipment, including Kinesis Cable machines, a Skill Mill, a Ski Erg and an Assault Bike. Selected machines have screens where you can choose a variety of apps including Netflix to use whilst you exercise. We also have a full suite of resistance training equipment and a well-styled free weights room boasting 4 squat racks, 8 Olympic bars as well as plenty of functional equipment such as TRX. The air-conditioned studio hosts an array of classes for members and non-member to attend. The venue offers classes from HIIT, circuit training, Boxercise, Kettlebell workouts, suspension training, yoga and pilates. The venue also houses Esher’s only dedicated indoor cycling studio, which is new and fully equipped. All class instructors are highly qualified to give the best results to all levels of fitness. Brand new to 2021 is our outdoor training rig, which lends it self to bodyweight training, and weighted equipment such as sandbags, sleds, tyres and rope climbing. In addition, the club has saunas in both men’s and ladies changing rooms for your comfort. The therapy room offers a range of treatments including sports massage and injury treatments. Please note upon your first visit to our club, you will be required to meet with one of our team to complete a health check and club induction to ensure your safety at each visit. At some points throughout the day this gym may be unmanned. If you are unsure of how to use any item of fitness equipment during these times please contact reception who will advise you when the next person will be available to answer any questions you may have. Do not use any fitness equipment if you are unable to operate it safely.
