The excellent facilities include a fully equipped gym with the latest touch-screen cardiovascular and resistance machines. A wide range of free weights and ergonomically designed dumbbells can help sculpt your body easily and safely. New kinesis machines are also available to boost your core strength, body strength and endurance by giving you completely free movement.
If it’s calories you want to burn, look no further than the challenging range of professional-designed group exercise classes. From boot camp to Circuits, Yoga to Box and Beat, you will burn fat like a crazy person. The Functional Zone introduces some new ways to exercise using Kettlebells, mats and Powerbags. Or, for the most daring of you, learn to climb on the fully route graded Bouldering and Traverse wall.

Park View Health Clubs is easily reached by bus and rail. The nearest tube stations are West Finchley (Northern) and Finchley Central (Northern). Bus routes include 82, 125, 460 and 626. Victoria Park Essex Stop and Long Lane Ballards Lane are the nearest stops. You enter to the right of Pound Stretchers and up the stairs.

A boutique gym close to Finchley Central tube . Many treadmills but not enough machines . Range of free weights. There're two rooms - one I guess is used for classes and when free you could train yourself there as space is tight . The gym could do with better aircon! Staff is very friendly :)
