About this gym
Please note:
On your first visit to an Everyone Active Club you will be required to register for an Everyone Active Card, agree to the Health Commitment Statement and watch a 15-minute Online Induction. Without doing so you will be unable to gain access to the gym.
Paddington Recreation Ground offers an excellent range of facilities to help you to get fit and lose weight. Whatever your age or ability, you will be able to find facilities at this club to suit you.
The gym at the Paddington Recreation Ground is an affordable fitness facility, with a wide range of the latest gym equipment. There is a range of cardiovascular and resistance machines as well as a variety of free weights, dumbbells and functional training equipment. The gym is fully air-conditioned, allowing you to work out in comfort, whatever the weather outside is doing. Qualified and Friendly Better fitness instructors will be able to help you get the most out of your workout and answer your fitness related questions.
Located in the heart of Westminster's largest park, there are a number of additional facilities available at an extra cost to help you to get active. These facilities include 2 table tennis tables and a range of fitness classes. Outdoor sports facilities include a floodlit ATP, a floodlit 3G 11-a-side pitch, 2 3G 5-a-side pitches, 13 tennis courts, a cricket pitch, cricket nets and an athletics track. For more information about the cost of any of these additional facilities, please enquire at reception.

How to find us:
Various bus routes stop close to Paddington Recreation Ground, including routes 6 (Bertie Road – Aldwych/Drury Lane), 31 (Bayham Street – White City Bus Station) and 328 (Golders Green Station – Chelsea Worlds End/Limerston Street). Maida Vale underground station (Bakerloo line) is a short walk away. There is a small on-site car park available with 4 accessible spaces.
