The gym floor is spacious and contains a cardio area powered by life fitness equipment. Several treadmills, bikes, crosstrainers and rowers are available to use and there are TV's mounted on the wall so provide entertainment while you train. The equipment also has in-built screens to which can be used as you train. Next to the cardio area is a free weights area with benches, barbells, dumbbells and weight plates. A squat rack with olympic plates can be used and extra smithy machines and pull-up bars. The gym has a resistance areas with cables and plate loaded resistance machines.
Alongside the gym is a 25m pool which has lane swimming available at certain times of the day. Ask in-house as sometimes the pool is used for recreational or private classes. Changing facilities complete with showers and soap can be used and the club has a mixed gender steam room/sauna for use. Towels can be rented for £1.
Nuffield Health Brondesbury Park Fitness & Wellbeing Gym can be accessed via Willesden Green Underground Station (about a 10 minute walk) or serviced by buses from Brondesbury Park (206) or Willesden Lane (98).

Free parking. Easy to use app. Has a cafe downstairs. Upstairs hS loads of cardio equipment plenty weights and lots of machines. Has a pool jacuzzi sauna and steam.
