This popular local gym in South East London offers a range of facilities and is in a great location for those working or just visiting the local area. Your fitness needs are covered with a state of the art gym and a weekly timetable of group exercise classes. They’ve even got a range of beauty treatments available for you to relax and pamper yourself after your workout.
This well equipped, no frills gym has everything you need for an all round workout. Cardiovascular and resistance machines are available as well as a dedicated free weights area that is perfect for those looking to tone up or build muscle. If you have any questions about the machines or require assistance with your workout just speak with one of the instructors and they’ll be happy to help you out.
If you want to add a social aspect to your workout then chose from one of Miami Health Club’s exercise classes. Zumba classes are available as well as Boxfit and Spinning. Check with reception for details on how to book and additional charges.
After your workout is over why not pamper yourself a little with a beauty treatment from massages to facials with their experienced therapists. Clinical massages are available to treat any specific conditions or injury you may have picked up whilst working out. Additional costs will apply, check with reception for details.
How to find us:
Miami Health Club is located on Old Kent Road in South East London. The nearest stations are Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo, Northern lines, Thameslink and Southeastern) and South Bermondsey (Southern) rail station. Plenty of bus routes stop outside the health club on Old Kent Road so it’s perfect if you’re travelling here by public transport. These include the 21 (Newington Green – Molesworth Street), 42 (Worship Street – Sunray Avenue) and 63 (King’s Cross Station – Forest Hill Tavern).

Lot's of different equipment, there are some machines I haven't seen in ages, it was very quiet in the afternoons. Clean showers and changing rooms. The place would benefit from some refurb, but has everything you need.
