Punch bags and dumbbells are also available, allowing you to complete a circuit that suits you.

Personal trainers are available, and one-to-one sessions can be booked with them at an additional cost. These sessions will help you to get even more out of your workout and will give you the opportunity to try out some new equipment safely. The gym is a short walk from Harringay Green Lanes (Overground) and Harringay (Great Northern) railway stations. Buses 141 (London Bridge – Palmers Green) and 341 (Waterloo – Upper Edmonton) stop right outside. Look out for the red Snooker Club entrance sign – the gym is in the same building.
