Intermediate & advanced sessions Ready to turn it up? This One's Spicy is your intermediate class and What, Like It’s HARD? is built for the heat you're looking for. A 10 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove station or jump on the 316 to Barlby Road to take you right outside. Once you reach the brick building called the Pall Mall Deposit, you’ve reached your destination. Buzz unit 71 by the big white gates and than walk on through till you reach block C at the end of the passage. You will have to buzz ones again and then you’ll find us on the 4th floor, see you soon!
