Our friendly team of leisure professionals will guide you on your way to fitness. Even novice users will feel at ease on our state of the art cardio-vascular and resistance equipment once you have been taken through our extensive induction process. Regular reviews of your progress by your personal tutor will help motivate you to achieving your goals and a member of the team is always on hand to help you through your programme.
With full air-conditioning, personal TVs on some machines and energetic background music you will be able to enjoy your workout in comfortable surroundings.
Plus of course you get full access to our gorgeous swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, the perfect place to unwind after a busy workout.
After a dip in the pool or in between treatments, take advantage of our fantastic poolside facilities. The bubbling spa pool and heat of the sauna and steam room are designed to help relax the muscles and ease any aches or pains. If all thats not enough youll find plenty of seating on poolside where you can simply chill out and read the paper.
Our relaxing swimming pool is the ideal place to cool down and unwind after a strenuous session in the gym, or equally swimming a few lengths could be the perfect way to complement your exercise regime.
Just two minutes walk from High Street Kensington Station (District and Circle lines) this site is an ideal lunchtime choice, there is a London Cycle Hire docking station just down the street and numerous bus routes running down the main road. Limited metered parking spots are also available in the local streets.

Nice gym, which was quiet enough to be able to use all the equipment. Great sauna and steam room. Jacuzzi was a little small and there were swimming lessons going on in the pool so not v relaxing but a good experience aside from that.
