Great class and amazing facilities at the rest of the club. Every piece of kit you could imagine in a gym. The class itself is really upbeat and involved a lot of upper body movement and even some work with weights so a great full body workout

What an amazing gym. The class however is weird hybrid of spinning, aerobics and a bit of weights. It would take some getting used to, as clearly there were people in the class who had it nailed, but I found doing upperbody lunges left and right just too odd while also cycling.
