Bodies in Action run bootcamp style classes at the OSO Centre in Barnes. We can guarantee that Jason's passion for fitness and helping you achieve your goals will get you fired up and working hard throughout the class. You can expect 45 minutes of low to medium intensity training with athletic intervals and boxing. Fitness, function, and flexibility are at the core of these classes.
