The Fitness Centre has two floors consisting of cardio equipment, resistance machines, functional training area and a mat area. There is also a separate weights room focusing solely on free weights and machines for those focussing on building muscle. Alongside the Fitness Centre, there is a large swimming pool, steam room and sauna, perfect for swimming lengths to keep fit or simply relaxing after a workout.
Balham Leisure Centre is situated on Elmfield Road and is a short walk from Balham Station on the Northern line and Overground. There is a bus stop nearby served by 155, 249, 315 & 355.

quite a small and basic gym, use every now and then as in and around Balham area a fair bit but for me the day rate is to much for what they have to offer, but use more for convenience, average gym at best.
