About this gym

Towels can be rented for £1 and robes can be rented for £2. Nourish Ladies Gym & Spa is a boutique ladies only club situated in L3 central Liverpool. Located on Hatton Garden the club is next to Liverpool City College just a short walk from both Moorfields and Liverpool Lime Street train stations. The club has both a gym and spa facilities which are available to use with your Hussle pass. The gym contains a range of equipment for all types of workout. The gym is kitted out with Matrix equipment including cardiovascular machines; treadmills, crosstrainers and bikes. The equipment have in-built screens with entertainment. 2 Workout stations for resistance exercises has a TRX, cables, resistance bands and extra equipment includes swiss balls, medicine balls, steps and foam rollers. The weights area has dumbbells in 2-2.5KG increments, a squat rack, barbells, benches and a load of weight plates. A separate studio is available to use outside of class times. After your workout it's time to relax! The spa area has a calm aura and contains 2 lunge pools and a Roman bath. Feel free to relax in this area and cool off- towels and robes are available from the reception and can be rented. Nourish Ladies Gym & Spa has fantastic changing rooms and showers to compliment the boutique facilities available in the gym. Lockers are available and there is street parking which is £1 for 30 minutes or free at certain times. Buses serve Hatton Garden and Moorfields train station is a 5 minute walk from the club. Lime Street is also just under 10 minutes away by foot.
