Gym at Jeffrey Humble FC is located at the Jeffery Humble football club in L9 - home of the Walton and Kirkdale Junior Football League.They boast an impressive 80 station gym which includes cardio machines, resistance machines, free weights and choose between a range of fixed and adjustable benches to do your bench work.
This vibrant facility can accommodate you whether you want a quick cardio blast or a full on strength and conditioning circuit. Arms, back, chest, legs you name it, they have a machine to work it.
If you are travelling by car, it is easy to locate and the entrance is just by the cross roads at Long Lane and Stopgate Lane. If you are travelling by bus, Long Lane will be the closest bus stop.
